Vocabulary
Influencer (n): 1- a person who is paid by a company to show and describe its products and services on social media, encouraging other people to buy them. 2- someone who affects or changes the way that other people behave.
E.g.: In March, she was finally able to quit and focus on her career as an influencer full time.
E.g.: Young people are increasingly influencers on their parents’ decisions.
Compete (v): 1- to try to be more successful than someone or something else.
E.g.: It’s difficult for a small shop to compete against/with the big supermarkets.
E.g.:Both girls compete for their father’s attention.
