Selective (adj): 1- careful in choosing.
E.g.: The school is very selective and accepts only those students who are extremely motivated.

Perspective (n): 1- a particular way of considering something.
E.g.: She has a different perspective on the subject.
E.g.: He writes from a Marxist perspective.
