made redundant – when a person has to leave a company because of financial problems and get a pay out

Voluntary redundancy – your choice to take redundancy

forced redundancy – not your choice

take unpaid leave/ holidays – without pay

go bankrupt- company closes because no money, a person can also go bankrupt
