Use some of the vocabulary from today in some writing. Choose a topic that lets you use the words we learned.

Today we focused on:

gain weight / lose weight – to increase or decrease

I have gained weight from lifting.

i like to fry chicken

I like to boil food because its simple and healthy

Fat- part of food

Fried food has a lot of fat

Calories – energy in food

cakes have a lot of calories

Burn calories – use energy through exercise.

Running can burn more calories.

Carbohydrates – part of food

Rice has a lot of Carbohydrates.

to roast – a way of cooking using an oven

 to heat up – to make food warmer using microwave

I often heat up food i got delivered.

processed food – food that is not natural

Processed food is convineant but unhealthy

high blood pressure – a type of illness

cancer –  a type of illness

diabetes – a type of illness connected to blood sugar
