Vocabulary

Incentive – something that makes you want to do something

Organ – the parts of your body that are inside and do specific things
e.g. heart, lungs, kidneys, liver

Change – to become different
Exchange – to give one thing so that you can get another
e.g. He changed his mind to pizza instead of hamburgers.
e.g. He exchanged his old phone for a new one when the old one stopped working.

Sort of – not a lot, not really, kind of
e.g. Do you like cilantro/coriander (香菜)? Not really. I only like it with certain types of food, like tacos or pho.

Ambitious – something that really tries to do a lot, when someone tries to do something hard
e.g. This is a very ambitious sentence because you are using difficult words and complex grammar.

Pearl – 珍珠

Make sense – when something is understandable, logical
e.g. Now that I have explained the grammar point, does it make sense? (Can you see how it works? Do you understand it?)
e.g. This doesn’t make any sense. The first part of your argument is not related to the second!

Showing off – doing more than you need to to show that you are really good, rich, etc.
e.g. He won the race and then ran another time around the field just to show how fast he was.

Victory lap – when you run around the field another time to celebrate winning a race; when you go around celebrating anything that you did very well
e.g. After getting promoted, he did a victory lap around the office just to show off.

May be there was no need to use Ipad 2 at school . He just thought that to have a latest version Ipad, sounds cool. because a lot of students were using Iphone ,and changed a new one once new model was on the market. At the same time there were a lot of black markets played on their vanities to cheat their money(???).
