Vocabulary

System – a set of rules and the relationships that have to work within those rules; the complex relationships of a changing set of pieces
e.g. An economic system has rules controlling the printing of money, the role and power of banks, the ability to enforce a business contract against a private person (contract law), etc.
e.g. A river system includes the mountains where it rains, the rocks under the river, the plants, is a complex set of relationships. If one part changes, then they all change.

Enforce – to put force or power behind something; to say that something is right and use your power to make sure that it happens; to make sure that a rule is followed
e.g. The police stop cars and give tickets to enforce the traffic laws (to make sure that people follow them).
Comply/Obey – this is the opposite side of the relationship with enforce; the one with power enforces the rules, and the one without power has to comply with/obey the rules.
— “Comply” only needs “with” if it has an object; “with” is used to connect “comply” with its object (the noun)
e.g. Will you comply with the court’s order? I will comply.

Economy – the flow of money, services, products, jobs, etc. inside of an economic system
e.g. The three biggest economies for the Asian region are China, the US, and Japan.

Humility – when someone doesn’t spend too much time talking about themselves, or about how great they are; when someone understands their own limitations
Humiliation – when someone else makes you understand your own limitations, usually in a way that hurts; either they wanted you to feel bad about your skills, or they were just so much better than you that you feel bad
e.g. Jim showed no humility, telling everyone how great he was at basketball. However, when Jake showed up, Jim was humiliated because Jake was just so much better that everyone knew he really wasn’t as good as he was always saying.
e.g. The other kids drew on his face while he was sleeping, and he was humiliated when he woke up and everyone was laughing at him.

— Anything with -ion is an idea, a state. Something that ends in -ing is usually talking about doing something. “-ing” is more closely related to verbs.
“Confusion” is a state; “confusing” is something that is doing the confusing, causing people to be confused.

Manufacturing is basic and important industry for every economic objects, but the technology is a pivotal things and hard to control of that. Every country know that they need to invest and train some people who can help the government to improve the technology

On the other hand, they had to produced some low and basic product, then explored to the foreign country to earn the low profit.
Its sound like a conflict situation, because most companies need the profit for survival, but they didn’t like to improve something which can lead the company win the profit in the future. They just copied and produced some thing what was snap up.
