I’ve been this company for 4-5 years, and have learned a lot from working with this amazing team, and also I’m also proud of leading a great team from scratch. However the time has come for changes. There are some changes for management. My main project is scaled up, the talent pool is on hold. I think this position is a perfect fit for me because of my experiences running the team, and the sense of brand awareness. I hope this position can give more spaces to develop and I can accumulate more experience in integrated marketing in the near future.
