Vocabulary

Erase – to make something written go away
e.g. Erase this word. It is incorrect.

Turn on / turn off – used for lights and water
e.g. Turn on the water so I can wash my hands.
e.g. Turn off the lights so I can go to sleep!

Hawk – like an eagle, but smaller 老鹰

Laser – a gun that shoots light
e.g. Don’t the transformers have laser guns?

Missile – something that flies very fast using fire, and explodes when it hits something 导弹

Rocket – anything that uses fire to travel, but also things that we can ride to space 火箭

Polite – when you talk to people nicely and show them respect
Rude – the opposite of polite; when you treat people poorly
Bow – a piece of wood with a string 弓
Arrow – a sharp, straight piece of wood for shooting 箭
Contest – when a group of people try to find out who is the best at doing something 比赛
Forest – a large place with many big trees 森林
e.g. Robin Hood lives a place called Sherwood Forest.

In USA is has a super Air Force.It is Black Eagle plane.Why?Because when you open the radar,you can’t foude it.It can tasing.When you use sense of sight, you can’t see it.Because is black.You hear the sound of missile.It is loud.Missle’s tail has lot of gas.But when you ride the plane to Venus it will melt.Also poison gases are all round the planet.But it also super, right?

InThe USA is has a super Air Force. It is has the F-117 Nighthawk. Why? Because when you open turn on the radar, you can’t find it. It can shoot a laser. When you use your sense of sight, you can’t see it, because it’s black.You can hear the sound of a rocket though. It is loud. A missile’s tail has lot of gas. But when you ride a rocket to Venus it will melt. Also poisonous gases are all around the planet. But it also super strange, right?
