Grammar
The most crowded marathon I’ve ever taken – done
In the phrase “going to,” don’t put the next verb in the past.
e.g. I was going to eat.
This year marathon – this year’s marathon
Lie on bed continuously – stay in bed all day
— “Continuous” is really for doing things, and staying in bed is sort of the opposite of doing things.
My friend called and was very aggressive – my friend called and was very persistent/tenacious
— “Aggressive” is violent, angry, rough; Persistent/tenacious is not giving up, even after a long time
For many times – you don’t need to use “for” with measure words

Last Sunday, I took part in a Nike event and after that event I feel sore of the whole body, i fell dizzy im going to fell down so I ran to my apartment and take the pills and going to be sweaty and think i got a fever, that night I thought I recovered. then the Monday I went to work, as usual, then I start to feel I had a cough, runny, headache, but I have no fever at the time, when I went back home, I started to get fever, so i repeat this situation around three days. last moment I decide to go see a doctor, the payment was very high. Before I went to see the doctor, I ate any kinds of pills I had. Then, on Thursday I felt better but still felt dizzy but no strength and feel very weak, and I think I can probably take one class and sweat it out and it started getting.

Speaking 2 – Interview practice
What’s your greatest weakness?
So, in the past I was so nervous to do the presentation for the public. I remember one time when I did a new project I had to present to all senior managers and founders I got diarrhea for two days. I remember that all senior managers sit there and I don’t even know what I was saying. I just felt I was so hot and sweaty, and at that moment I just wanted to dig a hole to hide. After this experience I started to prepare more. I even write down what is the goal for my presentation. I have a tips: I think about my big toes and I feel grounded when I think about my big toes. I connect with this space, then the stress can be released a bit. Even now I am not perfect on the presentation, I can deliver clearly on what the goal, intention, and actions are forĀ the audience(s).
What’s your greatest weakness?
So, in the past I was so nervous about presenting for the public. I remember one time when I did a new project I had to present to all senior managers and foundersĀ and it made me ill I got diarrhea for two days beforehand/afterwards. I rememberĀ how allĀ the senior managersĀ looking sitting there and I don’t evenĀ remember what I was saying. I just felt I was so hot and sweaty, and at that moment I just wanted to dig a hole to hide in. After this experience, I started to prepare more deliberately. I even wrote down what is the goal for my presentation and the expected reaction. I have a technique:** I think about my big toes and I feel grounded when I do it. I connect with this space to relieve then the stress can be released a bit. Even now I amĀ still not perfectĀ when presenting, but on the presentation, I can deliver clearly on what the goal, intention, and actions are forĀ the audience.
** I once got a tip to look at my big toes. When I do that…
— A tip is an individual piece of advice someone else gives you. A technique is a way of doing something.
