Vocabulary

Sketch – when you draw something in black and white, usually using only pencil 素描

e.g. What you use to make the first house in the story “Three Little Pigs”

Snort – the sound that a pig makes, like hngh

Promise – to tell someone that you will do something

Version – the number of times you have done or made something
e.g. First, Hank told me the story of the Big Bad Wolf. Then he told me version two, which was the Big Bad Pig.

Yawn – to open your mouth very wide, often because you are tired 打哈欠
e.g. Hank yawned, so then Nick yawned too.

Snap your fingers – to move your finger very quickly from your thumb to your palm so that it makes a noise 打响指

Building a story:

One day have a pig. The pig died. Story is over.

One day there was a pig. The pig died. The end!

Adding more details:

Who was this pig? Why did the pig die? Was the pig sick, or was the pig killed by someone?

The pig name was Nick. One day he go to the forest. Ate amazing thing! He think it good and he sick. He went to home. The wolf came and *sound on door*. “Are you here, little pig?” the wolf ask. I’m not “atchoo” the Nick answer. The wolf poun the door. The wolf opened the door, and he eat the Nick. The Nick died and the wolf back home. He is sick too. The wolf died too.

The BBP comes *Hank makes snorting noises, among others* “I want to kill you!” the BBP says.
