Ignore – when you don’t want to know something, so you don’t pay attention to it
e.g. The child was crying because she wanted some candy, but her parents just ignored her.

Administrative vs. Management – administrative work is just filling out forms, making records; management is making decisions
e.g. Now that the campaign is finished, we just have administrative tasks left to finish (filing a report on what we did, for example)
e.g. Now that I have been promoted to management, I have to lead a team of six people.

Signpost (in writing) – something that tells your reader/listener where we are and where we are going; what will you say, what are you saying, how is this related to the other points?

Broad – wide, in many places, with many people
e.g. We need to get broad exposure in the Chinese market.

Grammar

We are eas(il)y to ignore the exchange rate – it was easy for us to forget the exchange rate
