Vocabulary

Eternity – forever, for all time
e.g. If Hank sells me his soul, I will control him for eternity.

Soul – the part of a person that makes you different from a rock, or a tree
e.g. Some people say that God made human souls. Others think that they are natural.

Rascal – someone who is naughty, maybe they even do illegal things
e.g. Don’t be a rascal, Hank!

Rattle – the noise that some snakes make when they shake their tails

Miss – to try to throw, hit, or shoot at something and to instead hit something else
e.g. Captain Marvel tried to hit Snakeman, but she missed and Snakeman won.

Vampire – a person who lives forever and drinks the blood of other people 吸血鬼
e.g. “Dracula” is a famous vampire who only comes out at night, flies around like a bat 蝙蝠 and drinks people’s blood.

Smoke – black or white stuff that comes from fire; Batman uses it to escape from his enemies

Tasty – have a good flavor 好喝，好吃

Planets – 星球

Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto – 水星、金星、地球、火星、木星、土星、天王星、海王星、冥王星
