Speaking exercise

We have two new colleaguers today. They joined our company yesterday. I should introduct the working process for the new colleaguers. So I have a very busy day today. I’m in the project team in our company. The projects I’m responsible for became more and more, and our team need a new one to take some responsibility for me. We have another employee to take some of my  responsibility. Another one is third-party employee. He once worked for our company as a third-party employee, and recently the department need him to do some system work for HR department, so I think this employee is fit for the position.
