In general，l have a healthy diet. When I wake up，I have a habit of drinking water to supplement water in time. If some fruit are abundant, I regularly eat them with protein powder, such as blueberries, mangoes or bananas. My midday meal is made by ourselves the night before. I think the food we made is healthy and delicious. We do not put chicken powder, MSG or other spice, only little salt, vinegar and some light soy sauce.
During my work day, I usually make bubble tea, green tea or black tea. At afternoon working time, I usually make time to eat fruit.
