Work out changed me a lot.It’s hard to imagin that I was visceral fat and the BMI was more than 29 1-years ago.For entering the Middle aged and stable office lifes make me subhealthy.I used to eat full while I was low mood. Due to the low immunity I usually allergiced and got bad cold easily.That’s the reason let me want to change,not only chang the figure but also change the life style.

Working out has changed me a lot. It’s hard to imagine that my BMI was more more than 29, one-year ago.  As I’ve entered my middle aged years, office life has made me so unhealthy. 

I used to overeat when I was feeling low. Due to my low immunity I usually struggled with allergies and caught a bad cold easily. That’s the reason for me to change — not only my figure — but also change my lifestyle.
