What is a good way to overcome / conquer a fear? If you are afraid of something, what can you do to not be afraid anymore.

Decision Fatigue. The longer doctors work, the more it affects. I understand how tough doctors are,but it’s very irresponsible for patients.

I’m fear of dark when I was young my mom and my dad were very busy they came home / they got home very late so I had to sleep by my own from that I’m a little bit fear of the dark. Even not scary movies, the normal movies when the screen comes dark, I’m afraid.

I can take a plane the heights im ok but when I went to AUS there is a game just jumping down , at first when I climbing the ladders I don’t feel very scared but when I standed beside the platform it’s really scared, even I have many safety equipment, I can’t walk a step. I just closed my eyes and jump, it’s really cool, when I falling I felt, I can forget everything, I feel myself and I love my life more.
