I don’t think it’s a good idea. It’s like you have a baby or not it’s a private thing – if I were per year – yet if a company can offer that benefit – I think it’s good but if I’ma bbs in a company for me I don’t think so and also because if I were a employee I can also understand the company ant offer that because there are many many reason make you can’t have baby. More than 30 before 35. Its come from my own experience – I had a baby 25 and because I had the baby I quit my job back my family, now I think I passed golden time in my career, so I think maybe get baby late – when I get high level job I can have a good economic – I think it’s better for my family.
I don’t think it’s a good idea. If you choose to have a baby or not is up to you — it’s a private decision / matter – if I were an employer – yet if a company can offer that benefit then great – I think it’s good but if I’m a boss of a company for me I don’t think I would offer something like this and also because if I were an employee I can also understand that the company cant offer me this type of benefit because there are many many reasons why you may be incapable of having a baby / why you may be having trouble with having a baby. Older than 30 but before 35. It comes from my own experience – I had a baby at 25 and because I had the baby I quit my job and moved back with my family, now I think I passed a golden time in my career, so I think maybe having a baby later – when I get a high level job I can have a stronger financial situation – I think it would be better for my family.
If the situation didn’t happen or isn’t real use WOULD, not WANT and use COULD not can/can’t.
If (something happens) then (this must happen).
My best friend she give her baby to grandparents – just a weekend to see the kids – and my husband couldn’t understand “if like that why you choose to have a baby” – its none of your business. I can accept if my parents live close and I give baby to them and evening I pick them back with us – but if a week see my baby I can’t accept.
My best friend will often just give her baby to the grandparents for an entire week – just a weekend to see the kids – and my husband couldn’t understand this he was like: “why did you choose to have a baby” – its none of your business. I could accept if my parents lived close by and I give my baby to them for the day and in the evening I pick him back up – but if a week goes by and I don’t see my baby — I wouldn’t be able to accept this / I couldn’t accept this.
I think the point is money for me not is very important – but its necessary and it should give me nice and – basic life and can a little bit more make my spirit or mind happy. Which one can give me achievement – for me the money is reasonable its OK – I won’t because achievement and don’t get money – but achievement for me means what I did can help people, can make my colleagues satisfied and happy and can make the business good – something can give a judge means I work.
Money in and of itself isn’t important for me – but its necessary and it should give me a nice and basic / comfortable life. Also money can help lift my spirits and also make my mind happier. If I were choosing between different companies, I would choose the one that offers me professional achievements – for me if the money is reasonable then fine – I won’t put in effort without getting compensated fairly for it / I will have no reason to achieve unless the company offers me a strong salary – but achievement for me means what can I do to help people, and make my colleagues satisfied and happy also what can I do to make the business succeed– I also like when the company can give me an assessment on the quality of my work.
