If someone is afraid of something that is a really staff like snakes or dogs, in my opinion, what they need to do is just stay away from those things as they may hurt you. If they are afraid of something that is a feeling like being alone, or heights. From my perspective, what they need to do is to face it and try to enjoy it.
When I was a new person of my work, I was fear of talking in English, to overcome the obstacle, I came to SE to leaning English, and try to talk more. Now, I am still nervous about speaking in English, but much better than before.

I love my parents. When I was young I stayed / I was not always stay with my parents, when I was I think 6, about 6 years old, and my parents moved to SH and I still study in my hometown, and because we are not so close so I got a little afraid of my father, he looks serious, so when we’re not have the good relationship in my early years / at my young age, after I graduate and I moved to SH too. We will stay together when I had a vacation – we got two vacation: one is summer vacation and spring vacation, and we will stay together, but the time is not long, so we’re not so close. And when I graduated I started to recognize that my parents – in my opinion – they are most good parents in this world, in my mind.
