Needs more review

General business email rules: 1) Write concisely (this means in shorter sentences and with fewer words) 2) Be direct and “to the point” = Make sure you have a clear subject (WHO) with a clear verb (WHAT ARE THEY DOING). 3) Break your ideas into shorter sentences – not one long sentence – this makes it easier for the reader.

Don’t need to repeat the SUBJECT more than once!
