Review this speaking exercise.

First, I had one male boss before – I thought he is was very good and he never has this kind of thought about approached me like this – or about others anyone else for that matter– and he took care of me as a brother cares for a sister– and you know I got my a new job a week ago – I interviewed with a male boss as well – I think thought he was very good as well but when the first I was on board onboarded with the that new company – he was fired – he was already fired so my new colleague said he was a good boss – so for in my opinion I never had such this  kind of experience but I think if you’re boss doesn’t use his power to force you to do something don’t use his power to ask you have to do something if just give you your opinion and no matter you chose yes or no …like if you’re free to choose without consequence– there is no change – I think its ok fine – this is choice – this is the girl’s choice/up to the girl – but if he uses a his power to enhance force you than for me I would quit my job but for others I dont know – but i think good look is necessary things in but I think good looks are important– because good looks can show you’re professional show if you’re professional or not, show your look to other people – this is one part of professionally. How you come off to other people is one important part of professional life.

Because if you are a new person I saw you – look first -then talk to – secondly your inner – Because if I am meeting you for the first time, I judge you first on your appearance…I can only judge your character after I speak with you…so good looks is are a plus – yes it isn’t necessary but it will be a plus in for the job.

I have no idea about it – but for me I don’t like it.

It is good but I don’t think it hasn’t achieved Oscar level. Its a good story – the story is good but others – I just say it hasn’t achieved Oscar level- but I think a lot of people would appreciate it. Because everyone knows the situation of in the USA now – between the blacks and whites one the white one – too many movies describes this type of things – so we know the fight with them between the white and the black. I think people should be peaceful but the truth is a lot of black ones people are not good commit crimes and have a difficult time in society – maybe this is because of their lack of education. It looks like the human proceeding progress It appears that this is an example of human progress– we know it we performanced – it – we shot a movie about it – just a performance. Maybe I – I have a period – in that period I saw a lot of movie – like top 20 or top 30 – but maybe 2 or 3 years – during that period I saw a lot of excellent movies.  There was period in my life – for about 2 or 3 years – where I watched a lot of movies. They were the top 20 or 30 movies of all time.
