We need to consider different topics probably internet topics because the English style is more current year.

Basically for me the Joe Biden event or accidents [incident] is all about a boundary thing/is all about boundaries – its like different people have different opinions – what is the proper boundary between men and women. Even it is not in the work place Even outside the workplace – so actually I think most of the men or 50% or even 60% of men think the boundary is like more vaguer than it is for women. Women are usually very cautious when it comes to approaching men – the men sometimes will do some flirting thing  flirt– or to be a flirt – and want to do some improper/inappropriate things [act inappropriately] –  in my opinion.

If you hear yourself add the word “thing” just add “ing” to the verb and its OK>

Actually in my work place I have encountered some accidents incidents with sexual harassment its like for example one of the directors who is 3 or 4 levels above than me – he just improperly judge on my clothing  he was disrespectfully commenting on my dress – I wore a dress a few months ago at cocktail hour – maybe it was a little short – but from my perspective it was very proper/appropriate – I think if you wear a dress it’s ok to be a if it’s a little bit shorter – he teased me and he told me “why you don’t wear shorter dresses” do you need to get scissors to cut your dress for you to make it shorter. Basically his boss was there, like my supervisor the supervisor he was talking to me at that moment – when the director said the those improper words.

I think its about choices – everybody with good looking even with good body shape or very sexy body etc. that he can leverage it to achieve what they want maybe you’re good looking, maybe you’re in shape and you leverage this to achieve your goals – actually its like born with gifts it’s no different than any other gift – if I have had that those choices/options or if I wanted to do that in through that way – then that’s my choice. But most of people who has have good looksing — they won’t choose that way – maybe most of them not so urge to get to the position (ambitious) maybe most of them don’t have that ambition/maybe most of them aren’t that bold.

Remember to always restate your subject again – never start the sentence with a verb

e.g. I think if you wear a dress it’s ok to be a if it’s a little bit shorter

If you are talking about a suggestion or something that didn’t actually happen but it could happen add “If you…” before the thought.

Vocabulary

“climb the ladder” / ambitious people how they get a higher rank

“draw our own line” / another word drawing boundaries

e..g It’s difficult when people overstep their boundaries.

“You don’t know where the line is until you cross it”

“the ends justify the means” / the results matter not how you got the results even if it means cheating etc.
