Grammar
arguably — it’s “up for debate”…no one knows the true 100% answer, but this is a strong possible answer. “I could make the argument…”. This is an intelligent way to give your opinion, but not come off too strong.
e.g. Michelle Obama is arguably the most well known woman in America.
e.g. Attending Smart English classes is arguably the best way to learn English quickly.
tend to = usually
for succesful woman or men / for successful women or men
smart person in this warld / smart people in this world
you need patient / you need to be patient or you need patience

e.g. Women tend to say that their talents are lower than they truly are/actually are.
Vocabulary
persists — when something stays around or refuses to leave, it a stubborn quality or attitude
e.g. Even though we taught the children not to do this, their poor atitutde persisted.
equated – to make equal in your speech.
e.g. It’s easy to equate these two things.
prominent — important, a widely known person, or an easily seen thing.
e.g. Nicholas’ nose is a very prominent feature on his face.
e.g. Michelle Obama is a prominent figure in American society.
“2nd in command” – what number you are in authority under the #1 leader…in command references the leadership ladder.
e.g. In China, President Xi is first in command of the country.
e.g. In Facebook, Sheryl Sanberg is arguably third in command of the company as the COO.
