However, as we know it does exit in Tmall that both stores use the same brand flagship name. So we are confused why you failed to do so. Can you please further check and figure out the name problem? If it is impossible to keep the name, we might suggest you to change the store type.

If you insist on signing attached agreement, we are afraid we need an offical email from Tmall for our legal team and global further process.

So, we are confused why you’re not allowed to do so. Can you please make some further checks/inquiries and figure out the naming issue? If it is impossible to keep the name, we might suggest you to change the store type.
