homework: Imagine you have a friend who is suffering from seasonal depression – what advice would you give them?

I hope my friends will have both physical and mental health.Actually everybody might being depressed sometimes.To talk with the person who is optimistic will let them feel happy.Eating sweet foods or singing the songs they like will being usefule.Another advice is to do some outdoor excerises,have a good rest and go travling to make your life interesting.If the weather is not good,let the sun shining in your life.
