Speaking exercise

Our company is trading company and we sold goods online and offline. I work in financial department and my responsibility to check store’s sales and check the discrepancies between sales and payment. Average of one store’s income is around 10000yuan per day and all the cost of one store is around 5000 yuan so the margin of this store is around 5000 yuan. The most common discrepancy between payments and sales is caused by cashiers wrong operations. The most common reason of a discrepancy is overcharge or less charge from a customer but we don’t need to ask cashier to compensate it. At the end of the month we have summary report about the all differences from all stores.
