Vocabulary

imagine (v): to form or have a mental picture or idea of something
想象；设想
E.g.: Imagine (that) you’re eating ice cream – try to feel how cold it is.
设想你在吃冰激凌——试着体会一下它有多么冷。
E.g.: Can you imagine how it feels to be blind?
你能想象失明的感觉吗？

imagination (n): the ability to form pictures in the mind
想象力
E.g.: My younger son has a very vivid (= active) imagination.

E.g.: I can never make up stories – I have absolutely no imagination.

imaginary (adj): Something that is imaginary is created by and exists only in the mind.

My favorite show is called Kamen Rider I like it because I like the person that are fighting with the bad guys, because they’re very cool. And I also like the Japanese cartoon because Japanese people can imagine many things. These shows are the superheroes who are created with help of the real life objects: video games and clocks. When the superheroes  come out, they’re very cool and they will become very strong. The bad guys are becoming more powerful.

My favorite TV show/drama is called Kamen Rider I like it because I like the characters who are fighting against the bad guys  also, I like them because they’re very cool. And I also like the Japanese cartoons because Japanese people can imagine many things/they have a vivid imagination.
