Speaking exercise

firstly In gym I’ll do some anaerobic exercise with my personal trainer about one hour such as weightlifting, or use some machine to exercise my muscles, then  I will running about a half hour by myself. I think, workout is very boring but I want to keep my body fitness so I have to endure this boring thing every day. So I think that if a man exercise his body very fitness this man is tough man and I think it’s a good character of a man.  Two years ago I  swimming and practiced it but I didn’t do it after that because I’m afraid of cold water and I think that if I running it’s easier then swimming why should I still go to swim. It’s hard to keep habit in your life but if you do that such as running, swimming, or some exercises it will enhance your quality of life. I’ve been  attending gym off and on for the last four years. When I was in gym doing some exercises I’ll feel very excited and fresh, I feel that whole my body full of happiness, I’m very like the feeling  of sweating because I think sweating will make my body clean
