Stairs (n): 楼梯  a set of steps that lead from one floor to another
J: Where is your room?
D: My room is upstairs?
J: Which floor?
D: I am on 15th floor!
J: Ok, I will take elevator then!

Elevator (n): 电梯- like a box that moves up and down, carrying people or goods from one floor of a building to another

E.g.: Could you please call the elevator?

call the elevator-呼叫电梯-to press the elevator button
