first name-名字
We only knew him as Mr Fletcher – he never told us his first name.

surname/second name-姓
Her first name is Sarah but I don’t know her surname. 她名叫萨拉，但是我不知道她姓什么。

nickname (n): an informal name for someone or something, especially a name that you are called by your friends or family, usually based on your real name or your character
