Today is Monday, I took the subway went to office and on the road,I passed the Starbucks,so i bought a cup of Americano which feel me fresh.
when i arrived office, i must to check emails and weibo messages,started my busy day.At noon, i and my colleagues went to the restaurant which eat some beef noodlles and some fruits.At the rest time, we always talk about popular or cosmetics topics, we love these topics and we are express different opinions which very excitied. After the work, I was went to some fit which the lessons was to execised legs and arms.

At noon, me and my colleagues went to a restaurant, we had/ate some beef noodles and some fruits. for the rest of our break we always spoke about cosmetics or other popular topics, we love these topics and we all have different opinions which makes our discussion quite exciting. After the work, I was went to gym -it was my leg and arm day.
