severance pay (n): 离职金

severance (n): money paid by an employer to an employee whose job the employer has had to bring to an end:
E.g.: The management have offered employees one week’s severance (pay) for every six months they have worked at the company.
E.g.: a severance agreement/deal/package

Termination By Mutual Agreement.-通过共同协议的终止。

get along/get on (v):(BE FRIENDLY)
If two or more people get along, they like each other and are friendly to each other.
相处融洽;和睦相处
E.g.: I don’t really get along with my sister’s husband.
我和我姐夫不怎么合得来。

find (v): (EXPERIENCE A FEELING)
to think or feel a particular way about someone or something
认为;发觉;感到
E.g.: Do you find John difficult to talk to?
你是否发觉和克莱夫讲话有些困难?
E.g.: I don’t find him an easy person to get on with.
我觉得他这个人不好相处。
