commission verb (REQUEST WORK)
to formally choose someone to do a special piece of work, or to formally ask for a special piece of work from someone
E.g. : The newspaper commissioned a series of articles on the worst excesses of the fashion industry.
E.g. : She’s commissioned an artist to paint her portrait.

cope (v): to deal successfully with a difficult situation
E.g.: It must be really hard to cope with three young children and a job.
E.g.: It’s only been a year since he died – how’s she coping?
E.g.: He had so much pressure on him in his job that eventually he just couldn’t cope.

middleman (n): a person who buys goods from the company that has produced them and makes a profit by selling them to a shop or a user
E.g.: You can lower the price by cutting out (= avoiding the use of) the middleman and buying directly from the factory.

production line (n): a line of machines and workers in a factory that a product moves along while it is being built or produced. Each machine or worker performs a particular job that must be finished before the product moves to the next position in the line.

disassemble (v): to separate something into its different parts
E.g.: This video shows you how to disassemble a television set.

assemble (v): to make something by joining separate parts
E.g.: furniture that is easy to assemble

A return customer is so much more than a repeat customer. Returning requires an active decision and action on the part of an individual. Return customers will go out of their way to do business with you. Return customers will recommend you to friends and family. Return customers support your business and can provide valuable feedback.

deadline (n): a time or day by which something must be done
E.g. : There’s no way I can meet that deadline.
E.g. : We’re working to a tight deadline (= we do not have much time to finish the work).
E.g. : I’m afraid you’ve missed the deadline – the deadline for applications was 30 May.

breadwinner (n):the member of a family who earns the money that the family needs
E.g. : Men are often expected to be the breadwinner in a family.
