commission verb (REQUEST WORK)
to formally choose someone to do a special piece of work, or to formally ask for a special piece of work from someone

E.g. : The newspaper commissioned a series of articles on the worst excesses of the fashion industry.

cope (v): to deal successfully with a difficult situation
(成功地)对付,应付,处理
E.g.: It must be really hard to cope with three young children and a job.

E.g.: It’s only been a year since he died – how’s she coping?

E.g.: He had so much pressure on him in his job that eventually he just couldn’t cope.

middleman (n): a person who buys goods from the company that has produced them and makes a profit by selling them to a shop or a user

Return customers support your business and can provide valuable feedback.
