I  supposed him that about our department how we should to do next without my boss.

I proposed him couple of options of how our department should proceed after our boss leaves us

How am I supposed to (= how can I) find that much money by the end of the week?

ambition (n): 1-抱负
ambitious (adj): having a strong wish to be successful, powerful, or rich:
E.g.: an ambitious young lawyer
E.g.: He’s very ambitious for his children (= he wants them to be successful).

uncertainty (n): a situation in which something is not known, or something that is not known or certain:
Nothing is ever decided, and all the uncertainty is very bad for staff morale.
E.g.: Life is full of uncertainties.

I reached a dead end-我到了死胡同

I’m not sure what’s my next step

I don’t think that I got enough strength to make my department reach it’s full potential-我不认为我有足够的力量让我的部门充分发挥潜力
