motive (n):a reason for doing something动机;(行动的)缘由;目的
E.g.: I think you should examine/question their motives in offering to lend you the money.

penalty (n): a type of punishment, often involving paying money, that is given to you if you break an agreement or do not follow rules
E.g.: There was a penalty clause which said you had to pay half the cost if you cancelled your booking.

clause (n): a particular part of a written legal document, for example a law passed by Parliament or a contract (= an agreement)(法律文件的)条款,款项
E.g.: They have added/deleted/amended a clause in the contract which says the company can make people redundant for economic reasons.

payroll (n): a list of the people employed by a company showing how much each one earns(公司员工的)在职人员工资表,发薪员工表
E.g.: a payroll tax
E.g.: The company is growing fast, adding another 100 employees to its payroll over the last year.

It is very hart to find a location which is according to my standards/requirements

context (n):the text or speech that comes immediately before and after a particular phrase or piece of text and helps to explain its meaning
E.g.: In this exercise, a word is blanked out and you have to guess what it is by looking at the context.

out of context-If words are used out of context, only a small separate part of what was originally said or written is reported, with the result that their meaning is not clear or is not understood.
E.g.: The reporter took my remarks completely out of context.
