muffin top-=fat flesh that shows over the top of someone’s trousers, especially because these are too tight（尤指因为裤子太紧而显露出的）腰部赘肉

couch potato -a person who watches a lot of television and does not have an active life“沙发土豆”，爱窝在沙发里看电视的人，老看电视机的人
