Vocabulary

stray (n): 1-a pet that no longer has a home or cannot find its home流浪宠物;走失的宠物
E.g. :a stray dog
流浪狗
E.g. :“Who owns that cat?” “I don’t know. I think it must be a stray.”
那只猫是谁的?”我不知道。我觉得它肯定是只流浪猫。

mongrel (n): 1-a dog whose parents are of different breeds- MUTT

E.g. :When compiling (汇编;编纂;编辑;编制)  your anamnesis, you need to think not only about diseases that have affected you in your lifetime, but you must also consider those that run in your family.

destined (adj): 1-controlled by fate, and not by humans:
E.g. :She is destined for an extremely successful career.
E.g.: These plans are destined to fail.
