Fly to the Moon
neil Armstrong was a very important astronaut. He was the first person to walk on the moon. Three astronauts flew to the moon in 1969. They were Neil Armstrong, Buzz Aldrin, and Michael Collins.

Collins stayed in a part of the spaceship that was going around the moon. Armstrong and Aldrin rode in a different part called the Eagle. the Eagle landed on the moon, and then Armstrong stepped out. He left the first footprint on the moon.
Armstrong and Aldrin studied the moon. They took rocks and soil. They put up the flag of the United States. Then all three men went back home. They helped everyone learn more baout the moon.
