But you know as social media everyone can comment on everyone and everything I think it will hurt people. Also there is many fake news, so if young children see fake news, if they don’t have the ability to see if it is true or fake, maybe the fake news will lead these children to the wrong future. Social media occupies your every minute.

For example, my client, needs to air a new campaign, she will give us a brief, it will include the media objective, budget, et. We will base it on that to make the media strategy and the estimated KPI, basically tell the client what you need to invest and the performance you will get. So the social media will be the part of it, but most of it traditional media and digital media. But based on the objective the mix will change and it adjusts based on the client.

We need toe estimate the competitors actions ad carry out more analysis. Check more media strategies for the client to decide if the client needs to invest at the end of the quarter. The pandemic hasn’t been happened before, everything is new and there is no reference fro us to take and its more challenging than before.

Because of the other the market have cancelled this campaign, the china market because of the pandemic, the client wants to have a proposal to the global boss, last year it was a physical competition, they make a  car, this year is virtual they will submit the design and they will do presentations at the final day. Compete about the desire and goals. No matter the client, they are worried if it will be successful in China. Last month I did six presentations to the global head. The execution stage, it is very detailed, you need to keep focus, on every detail. This is a competition with 45 year history, this year its very challenging, no matter for the brand or for me.

After the Covid, Helix wants to sell more product. Before, they just need to see their advertisements but after it they want to sell more product.

Actually our company has a negotiate department, they don’t face the client every day, so I’m not a fan of what they do. I serve only my client, so I know what my client want but I will fight for it with the different media venders, the negotiate department they finish the work, they try as hard to get what the company needs.

Its totally different, I think the design In china is too commercial. Most of the work is based on eh client request there’s no style involved. That’s why I don’t choose graphic design, also the design is very subjective, so if the client is opinionated, and if he cant convince me why he is right, it is difficult for me to change my design.  Marketing is more numbers based, you have the data and the support, so it tells a story and you can convince your client to buy the marketing strategy or product.

I want to be a very successful business woman, I think its difficult in Shanghai, I don’t want to be a workaholic but I want to have a balance of work and life. I would also run my own business but maybe a coffee shop or run a restaurant or something like that.

CORRECTED VERSION

But you know as (that on) social media everyone can comment on everyone and everything. I think it will hurt people (bother people negatively). Also there is many (a lot of) fake news, so if young children see fake news, ,if they don’t have the ability to see if it is true or fake ( they may have a difficult time seeing the truth) maybe the fake news will lead these children to the wrong future (Maybe the fake news will affect their lives in a bad way). Social media occupies your every minute.

For example, my client, needs to air a new campaign, she will give us a brief, it will include the media objective, and budget. We will base it (the budget) on that (what the client needs), to make the media strategy and the estimated KPI. Basically tell the client what you need to invest and the performance  (result) you will get. So the social media will be the (be a) part of it, but most of it (is) traditional media and digital media. But based on the objective the mix will change and it adjusts based on the client.

We need to estimate the competitors actions (next move) and carry out more analysis. Check more media strategies for (in order for) the client to decide if the client needs to  (they should) invest at the end of the quarter. The pandemic hasn’t been happened before, everything is new and there is no reference (point) for us to take (learn from) and its more challenging than before.

Because of The other the markets have cancelled this campaign, the china market because of the pandemic, the client wants to have a proposal to (presented to) the global boss, last year it was a physical competition. They make (made) a  car, this year is virtual they will submit the design and they will do presentations at (on) the final day. Compete about the desire and goals. No matter the client, they are worried if it will be successful in China. Last month I did six presentations to the global head. The execution stage, it is very detailed, you need to keep focus, on every detail. This is a competition with 45 year history, this year its very challenging, no matter for the brand or for me (I am focusing on).

Actually our company has a negotiate (negotiation) department, they don’t face (speak to) the client every day so, I’m not a fan of what they do. I serve only my client, so I know what my client wants but (and) I will fight for it (what they want) with the different media venders. The negotiate (negotiating) department they finish (finishes) the work, they try as (very) hard to get what the company needs.

Its totally different, I think the design in china is too commercial. Most of the work is based on the client requests there’s no style [adjustment/diversity/creativity]  involved. That’s why I don’t (didn’t) choose graphic design, also the design is very subjective, so if the client is opinionated (isn’t happy), and if he cant convince me why he is right, it is difficult for me to change my design.  Marketing is more numbers based (based on the numbers), you have the data and the support, so it tells a story and you can convince your client to buy the marketing strategy or product.

I want to be a very successful business woman, I think its difficult in Shanghai, I don’t want to be a workaholic but I want to have a balance of work and life. I would also run my own business, but maybe a coffee shop or run a restaurant or something like that.
