On may, i went to the laundries to have my clothes to be washed. After one month i still didn’t get any information about my clothes. I called the laundry and they explained to me that  -they were explaining their factors– they said i had to wait wait some weeks. Then i called them again and they said they lost my clothes. The problem was that the clothes is very expensive. I called an association called the customers service association. They mediate issues between customers and business. They called me back and said the laundry will not accept mediation. so they will only give me half the price of the clothes. So finally i decided to sue them. Right now i am preparing documents to deliver to the court.

In May, I went to the laundromat to get my clothes washed. A month passed and I hadn’t received any information about my clothes. I called the laundromat and they explained that I would have to wait a few more weeks. When I called them again they informed me that they had lost my clothes. The issue was these clothes were very expensive. I called the Customer Service Association, which mediates issues between customers and businesses. They called me back and told me the laundromat was refusing mediation, and would only reimburse me half of the total cost of the clothes. So I decided my only recourse was to sue them. As of now I am preparing document to deliver to court.
