I already did the IF for almost one month. The purpose I did that is to lose some weight and also to lose the inner fat of my organs. And now the IF plan has all kinds of like 8 to 16…that means you could eat to 8 hours and fasting to 16 hours. And some people separate 12 to 12 that means you could eat the 12 hours and do the fasting for 12 hours. I do the 8 to 16 and I think its easier for me. Now today is the first day I try to escape the lunch and do almost 12 fasting time. And I eat breakfast in the morning and plan to eat something around 7. And I already lost 5 kg and my blood glucose is stable. Because I do a health checkup last month and the blood glusose a little bit higher and that’s another purpose I do the fasting program. And we could also go on to prolong the fasting time. And one of my colleague can do 48 hours fasting. And doing the fasting period he also do some aerobic exercises.
