I think it’s hard in Starbucks. Because we have different method and logic to work. They always have some weird ideas. They always change their ideas so we need to design different sketch for them.

I don’t like because it’s too tired. Recently, I always work overtime.

When I graduated and I started to work, I don’t like team working . There are a big problem for me to communicate with others and it’s waste me a long time. I wound working individually rather than communicate with others. I think working individually can help me improve work ability quickly, if you finish a project by yourself you will make more progress. However, Everyone has his own strength and weakness, cooperation is important on work. Team working can finish a successful project in a short time. When we meet a trouble, we can discuss together and solve the problem. Sometimes if you don’t have good idea to design, your partner can give you some inspiration. There are a important things for me in team working that you need a norm keep the work an an orderly manner and it can avoid more unnecessary argue.

When I graduated and I started working, I didn’t like teamwork/working with others. Communicating with others was a big problem for me and it was a waste of time. I would prefer working individually rather than working/collaborating with others. I think working individually can help me to improve productivity/work efficiency quickly; if you finish a project by yourself you will make more progress. However, everyone has his/her own strengths and weaknesses, cooperation is important in work. Teamwork can complete a successful project in a short time. The most important thing for me in teamwork is that you need to keep things in an orderly manner so you can avoid any unnecessary arguments.
