Writing exercise

People are more concerned about health than before because of education improvement and income increasing. It is very easy to get information about how to keep healthy through the internet. People’s awareness of health is more and more sensitive. Some people give up their favorite foods which are not good at health. Meanwhile, lots of people force themselves to eat the healthy foods which taste bad. Something likes bitter gourd, garlic and ginger. However, I think body health and psychology health are both important, and the delicious foods makes people happy, on the opposite, the boring and horrible foods makes people depressed. So, too sensitive is not helpful for health and people should keep diet balance. Doing exercise is another effective way to improve health, which can inspire people and make body strong. It is hard to say which one is more important as these two factors are both beneficial to people’s health.

People are more concerned about/with health than before because of improvement in education and increasing incomes. It is very easy to get information on how to keep healthy through/via the internet. People’s awareness of health is on the rise/becoming a priority. Some people give up their favorite foods that are not good/beneficial for health. Meanwhile, lots of people force themselves to eat the healthy foods which taste bad. Some things like bitter gourd, garlic and ginger. However, I think physical health and psychological/mental health are both/equally important, and the delicious foods make people happy.  On the other hand/contrary, the boring and horrible foods make people depressed. So, being too strict on yourself is not beneficial/ideal for health and people should keep a balanced diet. Doing exercise is another effective way to improve health, which can inspire people and make our bodies stronger. It is hard to say which one is more important as these two factors are both beneficial to people’s health.
