Speaking exercise

My habits is to think about the worst result and then do some plans. I think if you think about the worst result, you can have some preparation for the result and then based on the result you can make some plans and take actions. If the result is better than your imagination or prediction, you will feel better. If the result is same with your prediction, it’s okay for you to accept it. Because I have a period to prepare. I think when I face some bad results, it’s hard for everyone to accept a bad result immediately without any preparation. But, I think the first thing you should do is to calm down and think about it. Think about how to make up the results.

In daily work, some results or some problems when you face them, actually they already occurred so I think if you just focus on the roots, it is a waste of time and the problems or the results can’t be changed already. So I think the first task is to think how to solve them and how to make up the losses.

There are some problems with both extremes – optimistic and pessimistic. Because if people are too ideal, it is very hard for them to prepare for the accident. But, most tasks or things cant go through so smoothly as people imagine. But, if the extreme pessimists, for these people it is hard for them to stand up again. I think in daily life, most problems can be solve by some methods or actions.

Actually, the method and efficiency of dealing problems determine the result, while the personality and attitude of employees determine how to choose the methods. Optimists are used to analyzing the reasons when they facing problems, then focusing on the solutions and taking actions. But, pessimists always annoy themselves and mess up their thoughts, then predict the worst results and give up to take action finally. I think it should be a better choice that predict the worst results and try the best to solve problems simultaneously.
