Speaking exercise

I don’t know depression. I begin to know depression from internet. I found many actors would die because of depression. I think they have a common point that they are excellent, but they have more pressure. I think people should learn how to get happy. If you get more stress, you can try to change life environment. Then you can know your knowledge that you never to know. Maybe they’re confident with themselves. I followed a blogger, she said she get depressed 3 years ago because when she was young she was fat and she was alone. She begin to find she get depression. Then the doctors suggest she should do more things that she like. Now, she always travel with her boyfriend.

If I feel sad I will watch more reality TV. It makes me laugh. Most time I don’t want to talk with my friends because I think the negative emotion is bad and maybe it can influence others.

I don’t know much about depression. I start to learn about depression from the internet. I found out that many actors died because of depression. I think what they have in common is that they are outstanding in their field, but they have more pressure/stressful lives. I think people should learn how to be happy. If you feel more stressed, you can try to change your living environment. Then you can know more about what you’ve never known. Maybe they’re confident with themselves. I followed a blogger, she said she get depression 3 years ago because when she was young she was fat and she was lonely/feel alone. She found out/realised that she got depression. Then the doctors suggested that she should do more things that she likes/pursue her hobbies. Now, she always travels with her boyfriend.

Now our life tempo become more and more quickly. We always feels more stress from different others for example our parents, colleague, friends and so on. Therefore , we have to work hard continually, then more and more people ignored their health on body or mental. We need to learn how to release pressure, if you feel depressed, you should ask for help to your family or friends and you shouldn’t stay along. On the other hand, you can see a psychologist and get more professional advice. if you want to overcome depression, you have to treat the disease with scientific way and positive attitude. when you feel depressed, you can learn to shift attention, for example trucking into delicious foods, working out with your trainer, shopping or traveling with your close friends etc. Finally,you must always remember that there are many people who love you very much in the world, you can get better and happiness.
