When I was in grade 4, I was very fat. During the Spring Festival, I set a goal to lose weight. My father helped me to write a plan for losing weight. First, I exercised at least one hour at weekends and I also started to eat less meat and more vegetables and fruits. After one year I lose weight successfully and was healthy. I become very happy about this. I think I’m happier now because I am good at sports and I can make some friends when I’m playing sports. It can improve my communication and also after playing sports, I can focus attention so I can study more harder.

I very like fencing and I want to practice more during the winter holiday so I can win the competition next year. Also, I can make friends through fencing. Fencing would make me healthy. It is one of my favourite sports.

I want to be a programmer because both my father and mother are programmers.

Recently, I read a book called “A Breif History of Tang Poetry”. It is the book that tell us about the Peots and their peoms during Tang Dynasty. My favourite peot is called Wang Bo who is talent and clever when he was young. But unluckily, he died because he was drowned on his way back to the hometown when he was twenty-seven years old. One of this most famous poems is called “Pavilion of Prince Teng Preface” which is my favourite. He wrote it down while he was taking part in Prince Teng’s party, appreciating the view in Prince’s Pavilion. During that time, he lost his government post and wasn’t trust by emperor. So we can found that he got depressed and felt disappointed from his person. What unfair fate he had!
