She’s not very positive about her work. When she is very urgent she will come to you, but when you need to ask her for help, she is not very urgent. Another client is very urgent with you and she likes to talk about her life to you, especially after work. You should be close to your client but not this close.

Because of COVID-19, we need to do free job. Even if they have little budget, we need to serve them well. When I was a junior planner, I always want the client to cut the budget. But, recently, I always ask the client, “will you have more budget for the next half the year”. Even though there was no official announcement that our company, cut the employee, but they did it.
