throw: to move an object in the air

eg. Steve threw a ball at me.

eg. Don’t throw the pen, just pass it to me.

sports drink: a type of drink you have after exercising

get used to sb or sth: become familiar with something or someone

eg. Amy could never get used to waking up early.

allergy: a problem that makes you sick or develop a skin problem because of the food you eat or the things you touch

eg. Many people have a peanut allergy.

condition: a particular state that someone or something is in 状态

eg. The doctor told her that her condition is improving steadily.

eg. Exercising helps to maintain your body’s physical condition.

Speaking exercise

From this week onwards, I will add another class. The trainer will train your running and it will help you keep the ball in your area. If I have power, I can’t go there. The professionals will remember the posture but I am not professional.

I know why my health is badly because I worked hard before. If you have no time to sleep and eat healthy food, your body have some problem for it. Suddenly, I know this problem will kill me so I change the work and change my daily life. If your body is uncomfortable you can do it slowly, if you feel good, you can do it quickly.

Revised: 

From this week onwards, I will add another class per week. The trainer will train your stamina and it will help you to keep the ball in your area. If I have no energy, I can’t get the ball. Professionals will be able to maintain their posture but I am not a professional.

I know why my health is bad because I worked too hard in the past. If you have no time to sleep and eat healthily, your body will have some problems. Suddenly, I had this problem and I know this problem will kill me so I changed my job and my lifestyle. If your body is uncomfortable you can do it slowly, if you feel good, you can do it quickly.
