VIP Class Notes (Li)[S]

Today we focused on:

small talk – casual conversation

– Think of it as a casual conversation to get to know more about another person

– Questions like “How are you?” “Have you seen this movie?” “What movies do you like?” are all just to get to know more about another person

-Remember having things in common helps to break the ice so ask more questions

-It’s not about answering questions!
