When we went to Italy, actually we miss Chinese food. We ate the steak in Roma. Every people ordered steak – we don’t know, we think it’s different. In France, we must order the food so we think the same as Rome. But, in France, we ate the Fish so we tried to eat some steak.

I think Europe food is very simple. I think the most delicious beef soup. We can’t keep eating European food.

I want to go to Dali so I want to lose my weight before going to Dali. I decide to don’t drink milk tea and not drink the soft drinks.

Just eat vegetables for 3 months. One day just lunch, no breakfast and no dinner.
