I have moved to a new department so I started to do some new things. I think it’s a challenge for me because it’s very different from the things I’ve done before. It’s related to sales but it’s about e-commerce so it’s a little bit about online.

It has a lot of rules and new techniques and very different way to interact with customers so it’s very fresh. You have to learn a lot of rules in different platforms so when you want to start a project, you have to find more details and informations before you make a specific plan.

But I still prepare for a new job if I have a new chance. If I do this things and get some experience for the current position and I can get a better job than now, I think it’s preparation stage.

I thought I was failed so I was about to quit the job and send the info to my boss. At that time, I was informed that I was succeed. I think there was 3 person get the chance to have the interview.

The leader has no clear instructions, no plan, cannot judge everything so almost everything you do is just motivated by yourself. If you don’t want to do everything, you may be okay. So everybody cannot feel the accomplishment and have no idea about the department. So we cannot see the vision.
